Once a Strong Fortress Now TDP leaders Fear Living There!

Every big political party has its own strong fortress. Irrespective of the election results in other places the families will get an easy win in their fortress. Every big political family in Andhra Pradesh has such strong areas. Like how Pulivendula and Anantapur are strong areas for the YSR family and Paritala Ravindra family respectively, Kuppam is for TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Nearly after three long decades, the fortress fell before its opponents. In the recent local body polls, the Kuppam constituency saw TDP losing polls and YSRCP winning. Except for TDP, no other party won the polls in any election over the past three decades.
The election defeat inculcated a state of fear in the TDP workers and cadre in Kuppam. Increasing the fear further, a Telugu Desam Party leader was reportedly targeted by the YSRCP leaders, and his house was attacked with stones and bottles.
Reports say that there has been a confrontation between the YSRCP leaders and Telugu Desam Party leader Ravi over an issue. With things escalating quickly, the TDP leader's house was reportedly attacked and stones and liquor bottles were found outside his house after the attack.
Experts say that after the Kuppam loss, Telugu Desam Party lost its control of the region and that's why the leaders are living in fear in Kuppam. The alleged attack increased the leaders' fear. It is shocking to see that Kuppam which was once TDP's fort is seeing TDP leaders fearing to live.
