One More Feather To Join In Hyderabad's Cap

As part of this, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is gearing up to build a Satelite Bus Terminal in the city outskirts. The terminal will be equipped with the latest equipment.
As per the information, the new bus terminal will be costing a mammoth Rs 18 crores that will be built in the Vanasthalipuram area of the city near the Mahavir Harina Vanasthali National Park. The terminal is believed to be spread across the area of 1.2 km.
The Vanasthalipuram area where the new terminal will be set up attracts huge traffic daily, as the area is the main point for the private and RTC buses that travel through and flow Andhra Pradesh.
At an average as many as over 600 buses head to major cities and places in fellow Telugu State Andhra Pradesh from Vanasthalipuram. Once the terminal is set up most of the traffic problems can be cleared.
However, still, the HMDA is awaiting the NOC as the area falls under the Eco-Sensitive Zone. After the NOC is received, the authorities will focus on the construction works and the terminal will be built as soon as possible.
