One More Twist In Nirbhaya Case

The infamous Nirbhaya case is going through many shocking twists and turns day by day. As an additional twist, AP Singh, who represents Vinay Sharma has moved the court and requested to grant 14 days' time and to postpone the death warrant.
While requesting the court he cited the example of other convicts Mukesh who was given 14 days deadline after his mercy petition was rejected by the President. As only Vinay's case is still pending in the court, the remaining three convicts, Akshay Thakur, Mukesh Singh, Pavan Gupta will be hanged as per the schedule reportedly.
The convicts are trying their level best to postpone the death warrant as there is no chance of escaping from this. Earlier, the Centre has told the court that there is a chance of culprits escaping from the punishment and there is a need for changing the existing laws.
