One Person Gets 22 Contracts: Telangana HC Wonders!

The issue of MSR Construction company constructing roads and bridges in the forest area without population clearance and no permission sought was also mentioned.
How 22 contractors of different departments were given to a single contractor, the petitioner asked. Lawyer representing the government placed his arguments.
The lawyer said that all the details of the contract are present. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the bench served notices to the Contractor and officers and directed them to file a counter-petition. On the other hand, the bench also directed to not clear the bills until further notice. This case grabbed everyone's attention.
