Just 4 Women in India's Top 100 Richest Persons

While the collective fortune of these four women amounts to $11.28 billion, total wealth of 100 Richest Indians is up to $381 billion.
Savitri Jindal retains her position as Richest Woman in India. She is at 19th position with a net wealth of $5.2 billion. While Vinod Gupta's Wife is at 46th spot with fortune of $2.5 billion, Kiran Mazumdar ($1.8 billion) and Leena Tewari ($1.62 billion) stood at 65th and 79th position respectively.
Forbes named Kiran Mazumdar as India's Richest Self-Made Woman. She was awarded with France's Highest Civilian Honour recently for her contribution to bioscience.
