Only After Second Phase, KCR Worrying

Bankers had prepared to give shock to Telangana government. As part of TRS poll promise its trying hard to ful fill farmers loan waiver scheme. ruling government in Telangana had various discussion with RBI but it failed to get positive response. After several attempts with RBI, Telangana government decided to payoff the loans on its own.
Following cabinet decision Telangana treasury released 4250 crores to bankers as part of its first phase. It decided to release further loan payments in different phases. During the time Telangana government urged all the bankers to give second phase loans to farmers considering Rabhi season. T-government had a meeting with bankers on Saturday about this issue. But bankers shown their reluctance to provide the loans to farmers. They had demanded government to release second phase payments of 4000 crores immediately.
From the decision of bankers; KCR and his cabinet went in to depression. Telangana government is in plans to convince bankers to provide second phase loans once again in this week. But bankers unity in this issue creating tensions to KCR who already facing heats from farmers.
