Those People can't chant Vande Mataram: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi opined an individual who don't care about cleanliness & disrespects Mother India don't have the right to chant Vande Mataram. He made this hard-hitting statement during the 125th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda's Chicago Address & Birth Centenary of Deendayal Upadhyay in Delhi.
At the Convention, Modi said: 'When I came here, People were chanting Vande Mataram. I would like to ask all the citizens whether they have the right to chant Vande Mataram. My question might hurt many people. We spit the paan we chew on Mother India and then we raise the chants of Vande Mataram. I believe the sanitation workers have the first right to chant Vande Mataram. Those who don't keep India clean can't say the nationalist slogan. Follow The Rule & India Will Rule!'.
May be, Prime Minister had expressed his displeasure after failing to see remarkable change in the mindset of people despite aggressively promoting Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
