How Osama Bin Laden got 9/11 Attacks idea?
By: Tupaki Desk | 4 Feb 2016 7:27 AM GMTCan anyone guess what's the inspiration behind Osama Bin Laden's 9/11 Terror Attacks? If you can't, Here is the actual story...
Osama Bin Laden got the idea of 9/11 attacks after he came to know about a plane crash in 1999, which was a result of Egyptian airline pilot's deliberate attempt to drown it in the Atlantic Ocean. al-Qaeda confirmed the reports in its article titled 'September 11 Attacks - The Story Untold' published in its weekly magazine. All the 217 members on board the flight from Los Angeles to Cairo died in the crash.
Soon after knowing about the air mishap, Obama asked, 'why didn't he crash it into the building?'. He then instructed Sheikh Mohammed, the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks, to prepare a master plan involving crash of US planes. Initially, Mohammed planned crash with 12 American planes and implemented the final idea approved by Osama to target World Trade Center.
