OU Students gets rewards from TS-Govt !

Osmania University played crucial role in Telangana agitation and students got succeeded in achieving new statehood.Meanwhile an interesting news was erupted in a leading English daily stating that nearly a dozen OU student leaders have been appointed in OU as faculty on ad hoc basis
The reports claimed that the appointed students fails to pass the National Eligibility Test (NET) or are not having sufficient qualifications but appointed merely for their contribution in Telangana agitations.
"Student leaders who actively participated in separate state agitation have got contract posts in the past two months. Some posts were also created for their own benefits," Reports added by quoting it as words of a senior professor from Osmania University
According to same report, around 150 posts in OU and 200 posts in other universities like BR Ambedkar University and state run educational institutions are filled with such studentsÂ’ leaders on the same grounds.
However, an administrative officer in OU clarified that only deserving candidates are being given jobs.
