Packages to Seemandhra Boon or ban?

Sonia Gandhi gave good packages to Seemandhra while she gave separate state to Telengana. How far did she do justice to Seemandhra? is the point under discussion. The packages Sonia Gandhi offered are taken from the taxes paid by the people. Some part of this package will be borrowed by the government from the World Bank and the amount will fall on the heads of Seemandhra people in later stages.
Analysts are saying that Sonia Gandhis moved looked like a bit justifying one for Seemandhra for this instance but in the long run, this region may fall into the trap of hefty loans. In one angle, getting lump sum money to build the region is a boon as the development will be at higher pace and the employment too will be in raising state.
But, in the other angle, Seemandhra may fall into the trap of high loans if the package goes into the hands of corrupted politicians. Neither the development nor the package will be left to Seemandhra people if the region falls into the hands of corrupted politicians. Hope Seemandhra people votes for the right persons!
