Filmmaker Shankar, might have looked to include this boy and his feet in the movie, 2.0 if he was aware of him. Yes, the does have such rare talent. In the film, Shankar has a theme of birds becoming humans and taking over the World with Akshay Kumar as the Villain, Birdman.
This seventeen year old Pakisthani Not could have been his side kick or a person in his army easily. Well, not many birds or animals, posses such an unique ability to turn head 180 degrees like an owl and this boy could have been "Owl" Man in the movie. May be Marvel and DC, can introduce this character and as the boy can turn his head 180 degrees naturally, they can save on VFX money too.

He even said he wishes to act in Hollywood movies one day using his talent. One of the big English movies inspired him to do so and watch the video to believe.
