Suraj Pancholi arrested on the charge of abetting the suicide of actress Jiah Khan and he is still in jai
.now his father Aditya Pancholi might soon be joined him. He is now accused of serious trespassing and physical and verbal assault of his neighbor, under sections of 452 and 323 of Indian Penal Code a case was filed on him at Mumbai Versova Police station on Thursday. There is evidence against Aditya Pancholi as the police have recovered CCTV footage of the assault. Based on the complaint lodged by his neighbor Bhargav Patel police filed a case and started enquiry.
Experts say that since they have the video evidence of his physical and verbal assault, its very tough for Aditya to come out of this case as an innocent. However, after Suraj Pancholi arrested on charges of abetting suicide of actress Jiah Khan his father also landed up in a sticky situation of assaulting the neighbor, on seeing these everyone make jokes on Pancholis family.
