Covid-19 Fatalities Continue To Increase Globally

The second wave reported in Europe resulted in a massive rise in fresh infections, since this month. On Tuesday alone, more than 5 lakh infections were registered across the globe.
According to the data collected by the research university, Johns Hopkins University, globally, a total of 60,077,383 patients have been diagnosed with the pandemic so far.
The fatalities related to Covid-19 have also increased with the second wave of Coronavirus. 1,413,713 patients have succumbed to the virus globally. This includes 11,587 global fatalities registered on Tuesday.
Going by the rate of Covid-19 fatalities, experts opined that out of every 100 coronavirus patients, two to three patients succumb to the virus, which is an area of concern.
The lion share of global Covid-19 infections was registered in the United States. The nation stands at the top place in the list of countries affected by the Coronavirus.
Out of 60,077,383 global Coronavirus, the United States alone accounts for 12,949,200 Covid-19 infections. The United States also has the highest number of Covid-19 related fatalities with 265,853.
After the United States, India, Brazil, Russia, and Italy are at the next places in terms of registering fresh Coronavirus infections.
