Andhra Pradesh Yet Again Reported Over 10,000 Fresh Infections

Andhra Pradesh which has been reporting more than 10,000 fresh Coronavirus infections since a week, yet again reported over 10,000 cases taking the toll of the cases to over 4.45-lakh
As per the information provided by the health bulletin, 59,834 samples were tested in the last 24 hours and 10,368 infections were detected. With this, the total infections zoomed to 4,45,139.
Along with the fresh cases, fatalities too increased in the state as 94 patients breathed their last battling the dreaded virus in the last 24 hours taking the toll of the total fatalities to 4,053.
On a brighter note, 9,350 patients were declared cured of the virus in a single day. With this, the total recoveries in the state zoomed to 3,39,876, while the active cases stood at 1,01,210.
East Godavari continues to be the worst-affected region in the state which currently has as many as 60,611 cases followed by Kurnool(45558), and Anantapur(41584).
