AP Reports 605 Fresh Cases In 24 Hours

The ongoing pandemic continues to ring danger bells in Andhra Pradesh as the state is reported highest single-day cases every other day. In the past 24 hours, 605 fresh infections were reported in the state and the total cases zoomed to 11489.
The health bulletin stated that as many as 22,305 samples were tested in the past 24 hours and 570 people were found positive for the virus. With 10 fresh casualties, the total fatalities mounted to 146.
Out of the newly reported cases, 570 cases were of locals, While 34 Returnees of other states and one Foreign Returnee got infected with the dreaded virus.
The only good news is that 191 people managed to recover from the contagious disease in the past 24 hours and got discharged from the hospitals accordingly and the total recoveries reached 5169. The active cases in the state stood at 6,147, who were being treated at various hospitals.
Kurnool(1615), Krishna(1199), Anantapur(1159) emerged as the worts-affects districts in the state in terms of total infections and fatalities in connection with the virus.
