By: Tupaki Desk | 4 Sep 2020 6:44 AM GMTThe novel Coronavirus is ringing the danger bells in Andhra Pradesh. Following this, the medical staff and frontline workers are not leaving any stone unturned to serve the pandemic patients.
Despite the medical staff and frontline workers working very hard, a government hospital doctor is reportedly trying to benefit from the situation and selling the rapid test kits for the money.
Some media reports claim that a doctor who renders his service at the Chimakurthy government hospital is seeling the equipment and he also facing allegations of not working properly.
These speculations started with the RMP doctors in the town conducting rapid tests by charging Rs 3,000 per test. Locals believe that the RMP doctors procured the kits from the doctor.
If we have to take anything from the media reports, the RMP doctors are conducting rapid tests for the people at the Granite queries and VRDL tests are being conducted for the normal people in the town.
The locals who are not happy with the doctor's service are urging the concerned authorities to look into the irregularities at the state-run hospitals.
