AP Yet Again Reports Highest Spike In Single-Day Cases

The ongoing pandemic is spreading its deadly wings in Andhra Pradesh with the infections of the disease increasing every day. As the latest addition, AP reported 8,147 fresh infections in the last 24 hours.
With this, the total infections of the disease zoomed to 80858. With 41 fresh fatalities, the total casualties in connection with the respiratory disease rose to 933.
The information provided by the health bulletin states that a total of 48,114 samples were tested for the pandemic in the last 24 hours and a record 8,147 infections were detected.
On a brighter note, 2,380 people managed to recover from the virus in the last 24 hours, taking the count of the total recoveries of the respiratory disease to 39935. The active cases stood at 39,990.
West Godavari, Guntur, Krishna, and Kurnool are the worst affected districts in the state with the outbreak of the disease. These districts account for around 60% of the total cases in the state.
