Woman Minister's Selfie stirs controversy

Maharashtra Minister Pankaja Munde has been facing criticism ever since she shared her selfies shot at the drought-hit Latur district during a review meeting. Not just the Congress, Even alliance partner Shiv Sena took potshots at the Minister.
Congress ridiculed BJP by describing it as a selfie party and accused the Minister of making a mockery of the severe drought situation. Whereas, Shiv Sena faulted Pankaja Munde for clicking selfies when the people of the state were facing severe water crisis.
Today, Pankaja Munde took to Twitter again to defend her actions. She claims her pictures were a reflexion of the good work done by the Government and sense of satisfaction they have. She declared the district administration is ready for water conservation whenever it might rain.
