Patanjali Takes A U-Turn On 'Coronil Kit' Claims

Haridwar-based mineral and herbal products manufacture which claimed of potential herbal medicine to cure the ongoing pandemic took a quick U-turn on its claims on the medicine.
The Company issued a clarification to the Uttrakhand Drug department in this regard. In the clarification, the company led by Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev maintained, it didn't manufacture any pandemic kit.
Quite surprisingly, the company also denied all the claims of terming the company's herbal medicine as a cure to treat the respiratory disease.
The company went on to say that, they have only packed some medicines in the package. As per the herbal company, the package consists of medicines like "Divya Swasari Vati", "Divya Coronil Tablet" & "Divya Anu Tail".
The other day, Rajasthan police filed an FIR on Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, Patanjali CEO Acharya Balkrishan, and four others on the charges of reportedly misleading people with the false claims on the medicines.
Though the company is categorically denying the claims of manufacturing herbal medicine to cure the disease. The Company made an announcement last Tuesday and claimed that they have produced the Ayurvedic-clinically controlled for the virus which is first of its kind.
