Pattabhi Gets Bail From HC Over Comments On Jagan!

Hearing the bail petition, the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Saturday had granted him bail. Pattabhi is likely to be released from the Machilipatnam Prison tomorrow.
Pattabhi was arrested by the Andhra Pradesh police for making abusive comments against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He was produced before the Vijayawada additional metropolitan Court and the Court ordered a judicial remand of 14 days. A case was filed against Pattabhi at the Governorpet Police Station under sections 153A,505 (2), 353,504 and read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The alleged comments made by Pattabhi had created unrest in the state with the party offices of TDP reportedly subjected to attack. Besides the party office, Pattanbhi's house was also reportedly attacked. His family members alleged that Pattabhi was forcefully arrested.
Before his arrest, Pattabhi released a video in which he showed that there are no injuries on his body and if anything happens to him then the government and Chief Minister will be responsible for this. It is known that TDP had called for a protest to condemn the attacks on the party offices and the arrest of Pattabhi.
