Pawan Forms Jana Sena Committees To Help BJP In GHMC

The Jana Sena appears to be extending its alliance with the BJP in Andhra Pradesh to neighbouring Telangana also. The party has decided to work with the BJP in the upcoming GHMC elections. With this end in view, the Jana Sena has constituted committees for 50 of the 150 divisions in the GHMC.
The committees, according to the Jana Sena sources, have been finalised in consultation with party chief and film actor Pawan Kalyan.
The divisions where the committees were formed include AS Rao Nagar, Charlapalli, Meerpet, Nacharam, Mansurabad, LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Gaddi Annaram, Saroornaga, Yousufnagar, Chandanagar, Kukatpalli, Chintal and Patancheru.
Interestingly, all these divisions have considerable number of migrants from Andhra Pradesh. Pawan Kalyan belongs to the Kapu community, which is numerically stronger in the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh. In addition, as a film hero, Pawan Kalyan is hugely popular among the youth. The Jana Sena is set to work with the BJP and ensure its victory in many divisions.
BJP chief Bandi Sanjay has called on Pawan Kalyan in the recent past and discussed about the political situation in Telangana and the possible ways and means in which the Jana Sena and BJP could work together.
