Another Delhi tourâ¦Another set of meetings.. But what's the outcome?

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and his close confidant and former Assembly speaker Nadendla Manohar are currently in Delhi. Together, they met water resources minister Gajedra Shekawat and minister Muralidharan, who is also the incharge for Andhra Pradesh. On Wednesday too, they would be meeting several important functionaries of the BJP.
But what is the net outcome of this visit? This is the question that the Jana Sena backers and political pundits alike are questioning. The Jana Sena boss appears to have failed in achieving anything either for the state or for his own party. Nothing concrete seems to have emerged from this slew of meetings in Delhi.
Interestingly, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy too is a frequent visitor to Delhi. Unlike many other chief ministers, Jagan has visited Delhi 18 times. But he has failed to achieve anything for his government and the state. Several issues are lying pending and he has not managed to extract anything concrete from the Central Government.
Pawan Kalyan's visits too are ending up as futile exercises. This is leading to disquiet among the Jana Sena cadres, who want their leader to act decisively and take on the YSRCP. They want him to capitalize on the upcoming assembly elections and cobble up workable political alliances that could ensure victory. But, Pawan appears to be in no mood to oblige them.
