PK - When Did 40 Became 20?

After the revolt against TDP Government in March this year, Jana Sena claimed as many as 40 MLAs have been in touch with them to shift the loyalties at any moment. Within four months, This count has fallen to half. How did that happen?
So far, None of the Sitting MLAs had joined Jana Sena Party. There isn't even signs of any of the Legislators contemplating to strengthen Pawan's leadership. If there is so much variation in the claims of Jana Sena within few months, Imagine what will be situation before the elections.
What message does Pawan Kalyan wants to send by relying on defectors to build the party? Can he bring any change in the political system with such opportunistic politicians? Don't he think any such development makes Jana Sena another PRP? Nobody have any clue in which direction Pawan Kalyan has been walking...!
