Parties have been preferring naming Welfare Schemes after their Founders or Presidents. While Congress preferred Indira Gandhi or Rajiv Gandhi for its schemes, TDP opted for NTR for political mileage. And now, It has come to the stage that Chandrababu Naidu has been using his name for welfare schemes.
Pawan Kalyan criticised Congress and TDP for ignoring those who made sacrifices for the state when it comes to naming of Welfare Schemes. 'If Congress is in power, It prefers Indiramma or Rajiv. TDP, on the other hand, has been using Chandranna. I won't use my name for any of the Jana Sena Schemes...like Pawan Kalyan Bheema. Andhra Pradesh State was formed due to the fast-unto-death taken up by Potti Sriramulu. Are we honouring such a great personality? If Jana Sena forms government, Names of inspirational individuals will be preferred for Welfare Schemes,' he declared.
Jana Sena Chief might be having big plans but he need to form the government to implement such decisions. Not just public, Even Party Leaders and Cadre have the feeling that Pawan Kalyan is aiming to become CM in 2024 instead of 2019. Which means, Such dreams won't be fulfilled anytime soon.
