PK - Was it Strategic Silence or Blunder?

Except Pawan Kalyan, Almost all the leaders belonging to Kapu Community have extended their support to Mudragada Padmanabham's fast and even warned TDP Government of serious consequences if anything happens to him. The Jana Sena Chief, however, kept maintaining a strategic silence on the issue.
Pawan Kalyan has always maintained that he isn't a representative of one particular caste or community. Even after Tuni violence, He faulted TDP Government for failing to prevent the untoward incidents apart from reminding it has the responsibility to solve the reservation issue.
Although Mudragada's deeksha has entered 12th Day, Pawan Kalyan hasn't made his stand clear so far. This gives a feeling that Jana Sena President who gives utmost importance to Law & Order believes the accused shouldn't be spared irrespective of their caste. Will Kapus understand the good intention of PK? or Should this been seen as a blunder committed by Jana Sena Chief?
