PK To Offer Rs 2500 For Women! Seriously?

During his public meeting in Tanuku, Pawan Kalyan announced that each & every women in the state will receive a bank deposit of Rs 2,500 to 3,000 per month if Jana Sena Forms Government.
Why PK took such a decision? Just because a Woman conveyed to Pawan Kalyan that her family was unable to eat the Ration Rice and hence they are selling that to the shops. Moved by it, Jana Sena Chief decided to place the money into the bank accounts directly so that poor can buy their preferred rice.
70 percent people in the state survive on rice supplied through ration shops. If someone says they are unable to eat ration rice, That means they don't deserve the benefits extended through such scheme. This is another case of misusing White Card.
How can Pawan Kalyan generalize the whole thing just based on the views expressed by one Woman? What will he do if the poor is the state protest seeking ration rice in future? How much budget is required to offer Rs 2,500 per month for every woman? Is this the way he wants to develop a state which is in crisis? Does he have any moral right to criticize TDP's Unemployment Allowance? With such promises, PK is just giving a golden opportunity for the Opponents.
