Pawan Kayan: What did Delhi tour achieve?

What did the Jana Sena and its chief Pawan Kalyan achieve by visiting Delhi for two days? The political class is debating this. The Jana Sena chief and his acolyte Nadendla Manohar returned without achieving anything concrete. There was no assurance or even guidance about the 2024 elections or about the strategy to be adopted in the 2024 elections.
The BJP's chief aim appears to be to reduce the TDP to irrelevance so that it can emerge as an alternative in the state at least by 2029. For this to happen, the TDP must be defeated in the 2024 elections. Hence, the BJP is trying to convince Pawan Kalyan not to enter into any electoral understanding with the TDP.
But what is important is that Pawan Kalyan could not meet any key BJP leader. He did not have any appointment with either Modi or Amit Shah. He could not even get to meet BJP national president JP Nadda. All he could do was to meet Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Shekhawat and AP affairs incharge Muralidharan.
Muralidharan is said to have cautioned Pawan Kalyan against falling into the TDP trap. He is said to have asked him to focus on party building in Andhra Pradesh. Beyond that Pawan Kalyan did not get any guarantee from the BJP whatsoever. Will Pawan Kalyan pay heed to the BJP or will he chart his own course? Let's wait and watch!!
