Pawan Sidelines Left Parties For Yellow?
By: Tupaki Desk | 24 Feb 2019 12:22 PM GMTPawan Kalyan kept saying he would contest 2019 Elections along with Left Parties. He stayed in touch with CPI Ramakrishna and CPM Madhu since the past one year to emerge as a third alternative.
Much to the shock of CPI and CPM, Jana Sena Leadership accepted Applications from Ticket Aspirants in all the 175 Assembly and 25 Lok Sabha Segments in AP. February 25th happens to be the last day to submit applications.
These developments gave an indication that Jana Sena will be ditching Left Parties and contest alone in 2019 Elections. If Left Parties contest separately, Anti-Incumbency Vote will get divided and benefit the Ruling Party eventually.
Speculations are abuzz that Pawan Kalyan sidelined Left Parties because of the secret understanding with Chandrababu Naidu. There were even rumours of Jana Sena moving closer to TDP and pre-poll alliance could materialise in March.
Nobody knows why Left Parties have been silent on these developments. They should have condemned the reports in circulation by now if those are baseless.
