Yet Another Petition On Galla Jaydev's Victory

Only Three TDP MP Candidates emerged victorious in 2019 Elections. Two out of them have been facing the threat of Disqualification with YCP MP Candidates for Guntur and Srikakulam Lok Sabha Segments. Only Vijayawada MP Candidate PVP accepted defeat in 2019 Elections among those who contested on the YCP Ticket.
Guntur YCP MP Candidate Modugula Vengopal Reddy raised objection over the victory of Galla Jaydev in Guntur Lok Sabha Segment. He even moved a petition in the court citing irregularities in the manner in which Returning Officer handled the counting process.
As many as 9,000 postal ballot votes haven't been counted just because of lack of serial numbers. After YCP MP Candidate, Employees moved a petition finding fault with Election Commission for ignoring such huge number of postal ballot votes during the counting.
If the court orders Election Commission to count the Postal Ballot Votes, Galla Jaydev will be in huge trouble as the margin of victory is just around 4,000 votes. What if Modugula gets anywhere close to 7,000 out of 9,000 postal ballot votes?
