Pharma biggie too in Delhi liquor scam dragnet

The Central agencies clearly are going hammer and tongs against those involved in the Delhi liquor scam. With several persons linked to the Delhi scam living in Hyderabad, the focus has shifted to Hyderabad. The news has become hot with most of those involved belonging to the ruling TRS in general and to the first family of Telangana. Thus, the whole thing has assumed political colours.
While some of the special teams investigating the scam and its links to big names in Hyderabad have returned to Delhi , some dedicated groups are said to be working on the leads provided by the previous raids. They have reportedly issued notices to several persons, including Chennamaneni Srinivas Rao aka Goldstone Srinivasa Rao, and could rebegin questioning from coming Monday.
Sources also say that persons like Gandra Premsagar, Boyinpalli Abhishek, Sridhar, auditor Gorantla Buchibabu and Arun Ramachandran Pillai would also be questioned from Monday. These people are said to be close to both KTR and Kavitha Kalwakuntla. Some pics of Pillai with Kavitha during their Tirupati tour have also surfaced. The sleuths are said to be preparing to question the travel agencies who booked tickets to these people to Delhi.
The ED sleuths also reportedly questioned a local pharma entrepreneur in connection with the Delhi liquor scam. He is said to be close to Goldstone Srinivas Rao. The name of the pharma entrepreneur is said to be Sharat Chandra Reddy. The investigation is likely to continue even on Thursday, according to reliable sources.
