The post-accident picture of the Tata Safari Vehicle (AP 29 BD 2323) drove by Nandamuri Kalyan Yesterday highlights the fact that its a horrible accident. This tragic incident happened when the car rammed into a Tractor coming from a wrong direction.
Reportedly, Janakiram didn't wear the seat belt while driving the vehicle and this resulted in severe injuries to head & spinalcord. Had if there was patrolling on the highway, The tractor might not have come in the wrong route and the accident could have easily aborted.
