Coracle Mishap Results In A Tragic Incident As A Couple Drowns In A River During Pre-wedding Shoot

Pre-wedding photoshoot is a trend widely followed by the millennials. But the photoshoot turned tragic for a couple after they drowned in a river during the photo shoot.
Going into details, Chandru(28), and Shashikala(20) who were prepping for their marriage on November month-end has visited the desert-like town Talakdau in Karnataka.
Reports claimed that the couple and a bunch of relatives went for a boat ride on the Kaveri River. For the Photoshoot, the couple used a coracle to cross the river. After traveling some distance, the bride to be fell into the river.
The groom too jumped into the water to save her. As the couple can't swim, they drowned in the river. After the coracle collapsed, the paddler barely escaped and saved his life.
The Emergency personnel were called for the search operations. The dead bodies of the bride and groom have been retrieved by the emergency personnel after a lot of effort.
