PIL against Mallika in Hyd High Court

A PIL has been filed in the Hyderabad High Court seeking action against Bollywood sex bomb Mallika Sherawat for using the Indian tri-colour in her upcoming flick 'Dirty Politics' in an objectionable manner.
T Dhangopal Rao, a Human Rights activist, filed this petition against Mallika Sherawat. He even alleged Mallika and Producer Kastoor Chand Bokadia has deliberately insulted the National flag in the movie's first look poster. He opined using tricolor for commercial purposes is an insult to country's honour and appealed the court to give a stay on using such posters for film promotions. He appealed court to give directions to the centre to seize the related material and punish the guilty for violation of Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
In the poster of 'Dirty Politics', Mallika Sherawat who was draped in a tricolor below her waist sits atop a beaconed ambassador car.
