The issue came to the limelight after the actress-turned-politician shared the news on social media just a while ago.

Going into details, RK Roja Selvamani boarded an Indigo flight that runs between Rajahmundry-Tirupati on Tuesday. The flight that was scheduled to land at 10.20 AM in the temple city Tirupati was delayed by one hour. After the delay, the flight had successfully managed to land in Bangalore after much delay.

Roja had recorded a video inside the flight to give an insight into how the passengers felt about the technical issues in the air carrier. The MLA said they were stuck in the vehicle and said the doors were not opened by the authorities. Don't know what happened, but there is no update from the pilot on what happened, she said in the video.

Disclosing the issue to the media, the ruling party MLA said, the way the flight service behaved was not appreciable and slammed the authorities for making the passengers sit for so long that too without giving any information on what happened to the flight that forced the emergency landing.

Adding further, Roja went on to say that even after the emergency landing, the passengers were forced to spend four long hours inside the aircraft as the doors were not opened. We were not allowed to get off the aircraft, she said.

Roja even alleged that the passengers were asked to pay a sum of Rs 5,000 each to land in Bengaluru. Roja added that she will not leave the IndiGo Airlines service for what happened and said she will move the court against the service.

As per the information, the IndiGo aircraft was carrying 70 passengers at the time of the technical issue including Roja Selvamani and TDP senior leader Yenamala Ramakrishna. The only good thing in the entire issue is that all the passengers on board the flight were doing fine.
