Modi introduces Lucky Draw system

National Payment Corporation of Indian (NPCI) is already working on the proposal of NaMo. Launch of the new scheme might happen by the end of December this year.
Lucky Draw system mainly aims at luring poor, middle class and small traders in villages and small towns towards Digital India. As per this scheme, There will be Weekly and Quarterly Lucky Draws. General Public and Traders, who does payments & transaction in digital mode such as RuPay, USSD, AEPS and UPI cards were eligible for participating in the Lucky Draw.
For the weekly lucky draw, As many as 10 customers and 10 traders will be announced as winners of Rs 10 lakh each. For the quarterly lucky draw, The cash prize is a whooping Rs 1 crore. Digital Payments had never yielded such good results. PM is trying to cashing in on people's craving for easy money.
