Why Modi & Jaitley couldn't control laughter?

Amidst serious debate on demonetization in Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley couldn't help but laugh because of the comments of a Samajwadi Party MP.
In response to Modi's statement that corrupt willn't let him live after demonetization, Samajwadi Party MP Naresh Agarwal said: 'We get hurt when you talk about threat to your life. Law & Order is very good in UP. You can move around without any worry'.
On the demonetization, Mr.Agarwal commented that some people say PM didn't take Finance Minister into confidence about the note ban. 'If Arun Jaitley knew about it, He would have passed the information to Me,' he quips.
Naresh Agarwal advised PM to stop making emotional speeches about black money and start speaking truth. He alleged demonetization was announced keeping in mind upcoming UP Assembly polls.
