PM Narendra Modi's Speech on GST Bill

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday delivered his speech on the crucial Goods and Services (GST) Bill in Lok Sabha.
Modi describes GST as Great Step by Team India, Great Step towards Transformation and Great Step towards Transparency. He told the passed of GST Bill shouldn't be seen as a victory of any party or government but the victory of democratic ethos and victory of everyone. He claimed to have understood the problems of the states with his experience as Chief Minister.
PM opined GST will strengthen the trust between Centre and States. He says Backward States gonna earn more revenue and their economy develops through the implementation of GST Bill. 'Its a weapon to fight poverty,' he told.
NaMo believes GST would be beneficial for Consumers & Small Businesses. He wants to convey the message that 'Consumer is the King' with GST Bill.
