Sharptail Mola Fish is one of the four most poisonous fishes in the World. People who eat this Fish will suffer from excessive vomiting and paralysis, eventually it leads to death.
Interesting details about Sharptail Mola Fish have been found out during the research of Andhra University Marine Living Resources (MLR) wing. Locals will call Sharptail Mola as 'Cuppa Chepa'. While it's mouth is in the shape of a diamond, Nose will remind us of birds and it will have two teeth.
As per experts of Marine Department, Sharptail Mola will weigh 40-45 kilos and measures around 1.4 metres. Only four types of these fishes exist all over the World.
Though Fishermen knew Sharptail Mola is a poisonous fish, Experts feel there is need to create awareness among people about the consequences.
