Polavaram - Guinness Record! Do People Need It?

Navayuga Engineering Company which took over the construction of Polavaram Project is now aiming for a Guinness Record. The Firm has invited representatives of Guinness Book to witness it's engineering marvel on December 16th/17th, 2018.
What would be the feat Navayuga has been aiming for? It's gonna pour 28,000 cubic meters of concrete in a span of 24 hours for testifying the global engineering credentials of India. The company claims this is a never-seen-before feat in the history of our country.
The million dollar question would be whether people of Andhra Pradesh really need Guinness Record at this moment. What could Andhrites gain even if the Guinness Record was created? Ultimately, It's Navayuga which would claim the whole credit.
People of AP want Polavaram Project to be completed at the earliest. not concerned about who creates Guinness Record. Rehabilitation of people in Submerged Villages must happen as early as possible. Main Focus need to be on these two aspects not on any records which are meant for personal glory.
