Kamal's loose talk attracts cases

Kamal Haasan appears to have been going through rough phase in his personal life and career. In a recent development, Valliyur court has accepted the petition on Kamal Haasan. It is known that Kamal Hasan made controversial remarks in an interview given to a TV channel recently. His comments have attracted severe criticism and cases have been registered on Kamal.
Going into the details, Kamal Haasan was asked to respond on the issue of rising crimes on women in Tamil Nadu.. Kamal told that "The citizens of this country have read Mahabharath where women were gambled.. so, it is not at all surprising that the number of crimes are rising on women". Irked with Kamal Haasan's comments, Hindu Makkal Katchi member Adinada Sundaram from Kanyakumari district filed a petition in the Valliyur court that Kamal Hasan has insulted Indian epic which is widely respected by people.
He has requested the court to take strict action on Kamal, for his derogatory remarks on Hindu epic. On the other hand, Hindu Makkal Katchi members have approached Chennai Police Commissioner and filed complaint on Kamal Haasan. Why celebrities like Kamal miss a simple logic that they should talk carefully while expressing their opinions on sensitive issues ?
