Sibling Fight Turning As Political Storm For TDP?

The temple city Vijayawada is one of the strong bases of the opposition Telugu Desam Party since its inception. Guess what, the grand old party is dealing with a political war in the same region. Interestingly, the war is between a Telugu Desam Party MP and his younger brother, who is also a Telugu Desam Pary leader.
We are talking about Vijayawada Lok Sabha MP Kesineni Nani and his brother Kesineni Shivnath, who is popular with the name Chinni. Things are not going well between siblings for quite some time and it is said that the issues popped up over properties.
Now the alleged infight between the brothers came to light after the MP approached the police alleging that his brother is misusing his name and using a fake MP sticker and the vehicle is traveling in both the Telugu states. It is alleged that the vehicle number mentioned by Nani happens to be registered under Chinni's wife's name.
But the experts say that not just the family issues, the political issues are also adding fuel to the dispute between the siblings. His brother trying to be close with the Telugu Desam Party is not doing well with Nani and he has been unhappy with what his brother is doing.
Kesineni Nani, who has been with the Telugu Desam Party is troubling his party for quite some time. When the local body polls were held, he asked what the communities like Brahmins were neglected while giving the tickets as they are also in good numbers.
When the Corporation elections were held in Vijayawada, Kesinani Nani is said to have troubled his fellow leaders alleging that they should walk with him or else they might have to face a threat.
Kesineni's behavior also raised doubt that whether he will stay in the party or join others. But only YSRCP is the option and given the rivalry between the parties, the chances of Nani opting for YCP are very less.
It is also said that looking at the then situation at the time of the polls, Nani would like to decide whether or not to walk with the party. If things don't work, he might also contest as an independent candidate.
Vijayawada has a good Kamma population and the Kamma candidates are always hot favorites in Vijayawada. Seeing that Kesineni Nani is troubling the party, TDP is in plans to field his brother Chinni in the constituency. Besides his community, his money power might also work.
