Poll Day: These Are The Crucial Aspects In KA
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 May 2018 5:48 AM GMTThe polling has been started in Karnataka since this morning for the State Assembly. After vigorous elections campaigns of the major parties in Karnataka 4.96 crore voters are going to cast their vote to elect the new state government.
Political analysts are saying that the Karnataka election result can change the face of national politics. The election results will be announced in three days. Usually, state elections have nothing much to do with national politics. But this time the situation is different and it may shape the future of national politics. Congress has been continuously facing defeats in several states and if Congress loses this election the party will surely be gripped with despair.
The situation of another national party BJP is also not encouraging. They have taken the Karnataka elections seriously because they wanted to give an answer to the increasing criticism towards BJP. Moreover, they are trying to prove a point by achieving power in the Southern state. As Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan assembly elections are around the corner, the win in Karnataka is very much important for BJP. On the other hand, the defeat will send negative signals because 2019 elections are also nearing.
