MP or MLA Seat? This Leader In Dilemma!

Before the Elections, Leaders would be worried whether or not Party Leadership will allot them ticket to contest. To everyone's surprise, One Senior Leader is in a dilemma whether to contest or not even after allotment of the ticket is also confirmed. He is none other than Congress Working President Ponnam Prabhakar.
Actually, Ponnam is one of the few Congress Leaders who never hesitated to attack Ruling TRS. He served as MP during Congress regime but faced defeat in 2014 Elections.
Ponnam wishes to contest for Karimnagar Lok Sabha Seat in 2019. He, however, received orders from Party Leadership to think about contesting for Karimnagar Assembly Seat. If he wins as an MLA, What about his supporters in rest of the Assembly Segments in Karimnagar Parliament Constituency? High Command won't allow him to contest in Lok Sabha Polls if he wins as an MLA in the Assembly Polls happening 4-5 months in advance. Unable to decide what to do, Ponnam appealed Party Leadership to take a final call on his future.
