Who demanded CM Chair from KCR?

Karimnagar former MP Ponnam Prabhakar demanded Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao to touch his nose to the ground for neglecting Backward Classes in the past three years.
Ponnam Prabhakar: 'KCR should disclose how much funds were allotted for BC Welfare in the past four budgets and how much of them were spent. Government must release a white-paper on it'.
The Congress Leader alleged TRS Supremo is pretending to be favoring BCs now as the next elections aren't far away. 'If KCR really have so much love for BCs, why did he neglect them until now? To prove his commitment to the BCs, KCR should offer either CM Chair or TRS President Post to a BC Leader. People won't tolerate if hatred is spread against two communities for political gains,' he warned.
Interestingly, Ponnam complains BC Lawmakers in TRS haven't been getting due respect.
