Injustice to AP! Isn't it wrong?: Prakash Raj
By: Tupaki Desk | 18 Nov 2017 9:42 AM GMTPrakash Raj claims he have the right to question the Government in a democratic country. 'Being a citizen of this country, Whom should I question other than the Government?,' he shot back at haters.
To the query if he is criticizing NDA Government for publicity, The National Award-winning Actor responded: 'My call sheets are full for the next one-and-a-half year. I am busy with the projects I signed. In the free time I get, I am raising few questions with the kind of understanding I have. Let them answer if they are capable. Only those who are unable to give answers will come up with a question when they were asked something'.
Prakash Raj alleges Centre has done injustice to AP by backtracking on the Special Category Status. 'AP is capital-less state. Centre made the promise, but now they say it can't be granted. Isn't it wrong? Rest of the states need to come in support of AP. We have to question the injustice being done,' he said.
The Actor clarified he neither belong to any political party nor have plans to contest in next elections. He claims to have questioned PM Modi over Gauri Lankesh murder as a citizen of the country. He found fault with the violence in the name of 'Gau Rakshaks'. 'If the person who knew everything remain silent, then it's like death,' he opined.
