A clip of PM Narendra Modi's cloud theory in a recent interview was shared on the official twitter handles of BJP. He claimed, 'When the Experts were skeptical about the air strike due to bad weather, I was the one who said cloud cover and rain could be beneficial as there is a possibility of escaping Pakistan radar system. That's my raw wisdom'.
