Who will be the PM Candidate of Anti-Modi Front led by Congress if it atains the magic figure? Will it be Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi or Somebody Else?
Few Political Parties in the Anti-Modi Front has been opposing Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister. Both Mamata Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati and Sharad Pawar had already spoke about their reservations. The situation would be no different even if it's Priyanka Gandhi.
Congress believes most parties would accept the proposal of elevating Pranab Mukherjee as the next Prime Minister. Pranab always wished to become PM but Sonia Gandhi preferred Manmohan Singh for the top post in the past. Almost all the political parties show immense respect towards Pranab Mukherjee. If Pranab was projected as the PM Candidate, Even KCR and Jagan won't mind extending support.
Never been before an Individual who served as President before Prime Minister in India. In that way, Pranab could create a rare record if everything falls in place.
