PK's Biggest Mistake

Poll spin doctor Prashant Kishore or PK may be a past master in planning poll strategies. But, he sure does not have the common sense that a politician basically needs. Come to think of it. The same man, though in Janata Dal United, is planning the strategy for the YSRCP in the coming polls. No wonder, many YSRCP leaders are now questioning his wisdom in strategy planning and candidate selection.

The other day, the body of soldier Pintu Singh arrived at Patna. He was killed in the encounter in Jammu Kashmir's Handwara. When the body came, none of the Janata Dal United leaders were present to receive the body. NO one came to pay their respects. But, the people turned up in large numbers and lifted the body amid the chants of Amar Rahe.

Now, a day after this incident, "master" strategist Prashant Kishore suddenly woke up and to offset the people's anger, he apologised for not paying tributes to the martyred jawan. He said he was busy with something else and hence could not get time to pay tributes to the martyr. What an explanation? Is this the man that YS Jagan is depending on to win the elections? Come to think of it, he is a fulltime politician now.
