Praveen Prakash responds to allegations made by LV Subramanyam

Praveen Prakash, who is currently rendering his services as Principal Secretary (Political) of the General Administration Department has replied to the show cause notice he received from former Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam.
His response came a few days later the disputed move, in which Praveen gave orders to transfer Subrahmanyan and gave him the post of the Director-General of the AP Human Resources Development Institute, located in Bapatla.
Subrahmanyam has accused Praveen Prakash of exhibiting ‘grave misconduct' and 'misbehavior' and resorted to 'willful insubordination' and demanded an explanation on 'violation of business rules and conduct rules'.
Subramanyam has made two charges- the first one is Praveen has sent YSR Lifetime Achievement Awards file to Chief Secretary to place the proposal before the Council of Ministers, without prior intimation.
"This proposal was discussed in detail during the preparatory meeting held at 4 pm on October 29, in which the then Chief Secretary was also present. In the meeting, it was decided to place this proposal before the Cabinet, subject to concurrence by the Finance Department," Praveen said as a response to the notice.
"Such a notice harping on the perceived procedural digressions without taking into account the spirit of the issue makes me wonder if we as a cadre, are now questioning the common values we as a cadre have always upheld,"he wrote in a letter requesting the current Chief Secretary, Neerabh Kumar Prasad to stop further proceedings on him.
