The 42-Year-Old is now a proud owner of Stellenbosch Franchise in South Africa's T20 Global League.
In a press release, Cricket South Africa Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat welcomed Preity Zinta to South Africa's T20 Global League Family. He believes Preity's stardom & her experience would add value to the T20 Global League.
Preity Zinta is the only Woman Franchise Owner of IPL when it was launched in 2008. It's no different in T20 Global League as well.
The Actress-cum-Businesswoman feels this is the most exciting time for young cricketers in South Africa. She says T20 GL is an opportunity to emerge as the best in the world from the stage of best in the country for youngsters.
South Africa Skipper Faf du Plessis is the Marquee Player of Preity's franchise Stellenbosch. He claims to be excited to know that the Bollywood Actress is his franchise owner.
